4. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, logos, and software associated with HutchConnect are the intellectual property of ForWardAI Company or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to the HutchConnect name, logo, website design, and proprietary algorithms.

Business listings may contain content provided by business owners. Each business retains ownership of their own submitted content, but grants HutchConnect a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Directory.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Directory content without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

HutchConnect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing or directory content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForWardAI Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Directory. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of business hours, contact information, or other listing details. Users are encouraged to verify information directly with the businesses.
